1. Will the SpeedPPC system work in more ways than just creating ad groups around cities and states?

   Yes! There is so much more to the SpeedPPC system than simply creating campaigns around cities and states. I've yet to come across a scenario of PPC marketing that SpeedPPC won't work with. The power of the system is immense and you need to use it to fully appreciate its capabilities.

2. What credit cards do you accept?

   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo through the 2CO payment system.

3. How secure is your payment system?

   We've done everything we can to ensure that your payment details are kept secure. We work with the payment provider 2CO who are one of the leading credit card processing services on the Internet today. 2CO uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code, is a member of BBB Online, and uses the Hacker Safe service to ensure that their systems are secure.

   Of course they (and we also on our own site) also use 128 bit secure SSL encryption as well.

4. What currencies can I pay in?

   We use the 2CO payment service which allows you to convert the US price into any one of these currencies. This helps you understand the real cost in your local currency. It may also help you reduce any fees related to converting currencies on your credit card.

5. Do you accept PayPal?

   Yes.

6. How many licenses do I get?

   When you purchase SpeedPPC you are issued with two non-simultaneous licenses. More licenses can be purchased if required, so just let us know how many licenses you need.

7. I've purchased the SpeedPPC system. However, I don't seem to have received a welcome email or download instructions?

   First, please check your spam folder. If it's not in there contact us by clicking on the contact link at the very bottom of this page.

8. If I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I return it for a refund?

   We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We believe that the power of the system will meet or exceed your expectations. If it doesn't feel free to let us know within 30 days and we'll refund you. We just request that you let us know exactly what it was that didn't meet your expectations so we can improve the product.

   Note: Once your refund is processed you will no longer have access to the SpeedPPC Members Area and some components of the system will not work.

9. Is this a one time purchase or do I have to pay a monthly fee?

   This is a one time purchase. The software runs on your own desktop and server. It does not run on our servers at all.

   Included with your purchase is 12 months worth of product updates (including software upgrades). After the 12 months your SpeedPPC System will still work perfectly, however, you won't have access to newer versions. There will be a small renewal fee if you wish to get another 12 months worth of access to system improvements. This gives us the resources to continually upgrade and refine the SpeedPPC System and software.

   Remember. Even if you don't renew after 12 months, your SpeedPPC system will still work perfectly and will not be disabled. You just won't have access to download newer, updated versions.
